NBC News: HRDC expands Streamline bus service

BOZEMAN, Mont. — Public transportation options in Bozeman are expanding on Monday. HRDC’s Streamline bus service is adding 35 new stops to its existing routes.

The new stops are intended to fill service gaps and make riding the bus more convenient and accessible for all riders.

For the first time in three years, the HRDC is bringing back their half-hour frequency service during high-volume travel times in the mornings and afternoons during the weekdays.

Transportation director Sunshine Ross told NBC Montana, “We see a large increase in ridership when we operate the frequency routes, and that’ll be on our heaviest used routes.”
